How do I set up a business account?

Contact a Memos of New Hampshire representative or fill out the new member sign-up under the customer service heading. Please allow a minimum of one business day for account activation.

What methods of payment does Memos of New Hampshire accept?

We accept all major brands of credit cards. We also accept corporate purchases on account, provided that said company has completed our credit application process.

What is the cost of shipping?

All domestic orders are free of charge with a minimum order of $50.00. This excludes furniture, and other oversized items. Merchandise will be shipped via UPS. All commercial accounts that are set up on the commercial delivery cycle will receive free shipping including furniture with no minimum order. What is Memos of New Hampshire's return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Memos of New Hampshire purchase, simply return it. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and accompanying parts. We will process your return in a timely manner. Please see our return policy for more details.

What is Memos of New Hampshire's product shortage policy?

All product shortages must be claimed within 24 hours of order delivery. To report a product shortage, please fill out our shortage claim form.

What if I have a corporate account with multiple locations?

Contact one of our sales representatives and they will walk you through a commercial account set-up having multiple locations but only one billing address. All commercial locations may have their own login account.

How does Memos of New Hampshire's empty toner recycling program work?

Upon request, we will ship to your commercial location a pre-paid UPS box that can accommodate six large toners. Once the box is full, just contact your UPS representative to schedule a pick-up. We will handle the rest for you. All proceeds from this recycling program are donated to a local charity.
