All orders placed prior to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the same day and shipped utilizing UPS. After 2:00 PM EST, all orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Commercial accounts on the delivery cycle, unless otherwise notified or requested by the customer, will receive their merchandise on their regularly scheduled delivery day.
For non-UPS-able items, Memos of New Hampshire utilizes several trucking companies that will ensure prompt, friendly service.

Payment

Credit Cards - Memos of New Hampshire accepts all major types of credit cards. Your commercial account can be set up to automatically bill the card of your choice. Please refer to our security statement regarding security of your online purchase.
Open Account Orders - Memos of New Hampshire will allow commercial accounts to those businesses who wish to fill out a credit application and accept the terms of our monthly billing cycle. Contact a Memos of New Hampshire representative to open your account today.
Sales Tax

Vermont businesses: see statement below regarding deliveries to Vermont.
If the state in which you reside and/or do business requires you to pay a use tax, you will be responsible for completing and submitting all paperwork for such transactions for that state.
Vermont businesses that utilize the Memos of New Hampshire delivery truck service are subject to Vermont state tax of 6% (7% where local tax applies). Sales tax is based on the final amount of the order. During the checkout process, sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to your order.

Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your Memos of New Hampshire, Inc. purchase, simply return it. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, and accompanying parts.
General Order Office Supplies (from our catalog or online ordering)
General order office supplies are returnable within 14 days of receipt. After that, additional charges for returns may apply. To receive a refund, you must provide a sales receipt, or invoice number; otherwise store/account credit will be given.
Machines
Because machine technology changes so rapidly, we can only accept machines for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes: printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, shredders, telephones, calculators, all-in-one machines, and other related products. To receive a refund, you must provide a sales receipt, or invoice number; otherwise store/account credit will be given.
Inks/Toners/Ribbons
Due to the dated shelf-life of these types of products, we can only accept ink, toner, and ribbons for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. If the product is being returned due to error in purchasing, product must be in original, unopened packaging with sales receipt or invoice number in order for a full refund/exchange to be granted. If product is being returned defective, sales receipt or invoice number is necessary for refund or exchange.
Furniture
Furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, so we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom-ordered and custom-assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it's only returnable if it's defective when you receive it.
Refund policy
If you paid with cash, debit card, or check, in-store, we will refund you with cash. If your purchase exceeded $100 and you paid with cash, debit card, or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a business check within 3 business days. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account. If your purchase was made on a business account, the business account will be credited for the amount refunded in the next billing cycle.
Damage Claims
No claims for damage will be considered if the goods were signed for and accepted in good condition. If your product was delivered via a third-party carrier, they must be signed as damaged when the package arrives to you. You must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your product if there is any concealed damage to an item. You will be contacted with your Return Authorization Number within one business day of notifying us. Visible damage must be noted on the freight bill or express ticket by the local carrier's agent. Do not return merchandise without authorization. Also, do not refuse the order as this will seriously delay the replacement/return process.
All original packing materials must be kept for return. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. Memos of New Hampshire is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. Return shipments will be picked up by a local carrier, or by a Memos of New Hampshire agent. Merchandise must be received back in the local distribution center warehouse before any replacement exchange/refund will be issued.
